Pulling 4 Consecutive Double Shots with the Rancilio Silvia v4 with PID | all day i eat like a shark

Compak K3 is set on a double tap to put out 16.5 grams of espresso

first pull - getting the last of old coffee/mixed with some new coffee

second pull - first double shot of colombian espresso, a bit of spray due to poor tamping

third pull - better!! rich, dark and potent!!

fourth pull - solid shot!

in between shots i run the drip to cleanout the grounds or oils that may have stuck
