Puff Puff Recipe (Beignet) - African snack

This is a popular snack all over Africa. It is called puff puff in Nigeria, togbei in Ghana, Mikate in congo , gateaux in Guinea and beignet in other African contries. This famous snack is sold in every street in many African countries. They are usually serve with a hot tomato sauce or alone.
So today i ll show how to make these snack,


Ingredients:

2 cup of flour

1 of warm water

1 tbsp of dry yeast

cup of sugar

1 tsp of salt

tsp of vanilla extract or 1tbsp vanilla powder

1 tbsp of finely grated onion (optional)
