Puff pastry recipe - Beef stuffed puff pastry @cookingwithasifaIngredients:Beef minced meat 1/2 kg ( 500 g ) Puff Patty dough 400 gEgg 2Fresh coriander leaves 1 cup Green onion 3 (chopped)Salt (as per taste) Red chili flakes 1 tsp Red chili powder 1/2 tspTurmeric powder 1/2 tspCoriander powder 1/2 tspGaram masala 1/2 tspCooking oil 3 tbspGinger garlic paste 1+1/2 tbsp Green chili 3-4 Lemon juice 2 tbspBlack pepper 1/2 tspYogurt 2 tbsp PROCEDURE:FIRST STEP:Put a pan on a flame and then add oil when the oil gets hot put green onions,cook it for 2 minutes and then add ginger garlic paste and green chili,cook it and then add beef minced, add yogurt, salt,red chili flakes,red chili powder, coriander powder,turmeric powder&black pepper.Mix it well & then add 1 cup of water, cook it for 30-35 mins ,after 35 minutes add lemon juice, garam masala powder & fresh coriander leaves and mix it well.Now switch off the flame,let it get cool.SECOND STEP: Preheat the oven at 200*C for 30 minutes On a lightly floured surface,unfold puff patty,roll each side carefully,and then cut it into square pieces, on that square piece egg wash it and then add 1-2 tbsp of meat,carefully fold over,press sides to seal press gently with a fork for a firm seal.Now place on a baking tray and brush with egg wash,bake it for 20-25 minutes.It's ready, Serve & Enjoy :D
