Pudla & Pudla Dosa | How To Make Pudla | Kids Recipes | Simply Jain

Pudlas are also known as Cheela, Pancakes, Pudla Dosa, etc. Its a popular South Indian recipe. It is a nutritious and a healthy breakfast recipe.

Ingredients required
2 cups Gram flour (Besan)
3 tbsp Tomato puree
1/2 cup Paneer
1/2 cup Ice berg
1/2 cup boiled and crushed corn
Red, Yellow, Green Bell peppers (1/2 cup altogether)
2-3 Basil Leaves
1 bowl Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1 tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi)
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Green chillies
1 & 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 tbsp Jeera powder
3/4th glass Paneer water OR Normal water
Oil
Chaat masala
Cheese

Ingredients mentioned is sufficient for making 3-4 Big Pudlas
