Ingredients:
1/2 cup Wheat flour
1 cup All-purpose flour
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Chili powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
1/2 cup Mint leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp Ghee
Salt to taste
Water as required (for kneading)
Ingredients for cucumber raita:
1 cup Yogurt
1/4 cup Coriander (chopped)
1 tbsp Green chilies (chopped)
1 cup Cucumber (chopped)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Red chili powder

Directions:
In a bowl add wheat flour, all0purpose flour, turmeric, chaat masala, cumin powder, chili powder, mint leaves, ghee, salt and black pepper.
Mix all these ingredients well, gradually add water and knead smooth dough. Rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into small balls, take one ball roll it out and brush ghee on it.
Give it a fold, fold it again from other corner to give it a triangle shape and roll it out.
Heat a flat pan, grease it with ghee and cook paratha from both sides until fully cooked for about 3 to 4 minutes each side.
Directions for raita:
In a bowl add yogurt, coriander, green chilies, cucumber, salt and red chilies.
Mix all these ingredients well and your raita is ready.
Serve delicious pudina paratha with refreshing cucumaber raita and enjoy and tasty meal.
