Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds, 2 teaspoons coriander seeds, 2 teaspoons sesame seeds and fry. Add dried chilli pieces and fry. Add garlic cloves and fry. Take this mixture into a plate and let it cool down. Fry mint leaves in the mean time. To a pan add 1 teaspoon oil and heat it. Add washed mint leaves and let it fry till it changes colour. Powder the previously prepared seed mixture and add soaked tamarind. Add the previously fried mint leaves to the mixture and grind it into a paste. Heat a pan and add 2-3 teaspoons oil. Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, dried chilli pieces, curry leaves and fry. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder and mix.
