Now make Protein Food and give your body boost from Protein rich Salad.Protein rich salad Preparation time 15 mins Cooking time 10 mins Serving 4 pax Ingredient quantity Black chickpeas boiled 1 cup White chickpeas boiled 1 cup Pomegranate 1 nos Onion chopped 1 nos Tomato chopped 1 nos Green chilli 2-3 nos Black pepper crushed 1 tsp Ginger 1 inch Coriander leaves 3 tbsp Salt to taste Black salt ¼ tsp Chaat masala ½ tsp Ajwain 1 tsp Orange 1 nos Lemon juice 1 nos Coconut grated ½ cup Roasted peanuts 2 tbsp Mint sprig for garnish Method : 1. In a bowl , add , black chickpeas , white chick peas , pomegranate , onion , tomato , green chilli , black pepper , ginger give a stir keep it aside. 2. Meanwhile , take coriander leaves chop it nicely , add it into the bowl. 3. Now add salt , black salt , chaat masala and keep it aside . 4. Heat a pan , add ajwain and allow it to dry roast on low flame . 5. Meanwhile take orange , cut it into halves initially , peel the outer covering ,deseed it and cut it into small cubes , add it into bowl . 6. Now take lemon , cut it into halves squeeze out the juice of it , and squeeze out the juice from orange segment covering as well . 7. Now add the roasted ajwain , grated coconut , roasted peanuts and mix it well . 8. Transfer it to a serving bowl , garnish with mint sprig . 9. Ready to serve .
