Pressure Cooker basics, Ground Beef Shawarma Rice, Turkey Kale Soup

A facebook live video, so it's a bit different from a video I record just for YouTube. This video shows you how to make 2 recipes, but mainly it explains a few basics about pressure cooking, how to keep things from burning in a pressure cooker, why you don't need to pre-brown food in a pressure cooker, and answers viewer questions as I was broadcasting live.
