PRAWN ROLLIngredients1½ cups small prawns, shelled, deveined and boiled4 hotdog rolls½ cup mayonnaise2 tablespoons finely chopped celeryCrushed black peppercorns to tasteSalt to taste1 medium onion, thinly sliced1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce1-2 stalks spring onion greens, finely choppedButter for spreading4 iceberg lettuce leavesFrench fries for servingTomato ketchup for servingMethod1. Take prawns in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, celery, crushed peppercorns, salt, onion and Tabasco sauce and mix. Add spring onion greens and mix well. 2. Slice hotdog rolls horizontally with one side intact and spread some butter on one side. 3. Put 1 iceberg lettuce leaves and some prawn mixture in each roll. 4.
