PRAWNS PAKODA Ingredients 12-16 small prawns, shelled, deveined and cut into 1nich chopped ¾ cup gram flour (besan)¼ cup rice flour1 medium onion, finely chopped1 inch ginger, chopped6-8 garlic cloves, chopped2-3 green chillies, chopped4-5 curry leaves, chopped1 tbsp sambhar masala1 tsp red chilli powder¼ tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste ¼ tsp fruit salt2 tbsps chopped corianderOil for deep-fryinggreen chutney for serving Method 1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai2. Combine together prawns, onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves, Sāmbhar powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and mix well in a bowl.3. Add salt, fruit salt, gram flour , rice flour. And add sufficient water, coriander mix well to make a thick batter. 4. Divide the prawns mixture into equal small balls and Deep-fry till golden brown.
