So watch the video and learn how to make Prawn Curry in Kerala style.Ingredients: 2 tbsp coconut oilfew curry leaves2 – 3 sliced onions 6 red chillies10-12 peppercorns1 inch ginger chopped4 – 5 garlic cloves1 tsp cumin seeds250 gms prawns2 small raw papayas2 small tomatoes200 ml coconut milk11/2 tsp of vinegarMethod: -Pour coconut oil in a pot and add some curry leaves, add chopped onions and salt. Let the onions cook. -In a blender grind together red chillies, peppercorns, garlic, ginger and cumin seeds and add little water to it.-Once the paste is made, add it to the onions and mix well. Let this mixture cook for some time.-Add prawns and cook them until they turn white.-Add chopped raw papaya and chopped tomatoes.
