An easy prawn and bread recipe - Sesame prawn toast on Tawa that can be made by anyone. This is a mouthwatering prawn toast that will be enjoyed by both kids and adults, can be made as a snack, starter or for breakfast. A must try for sea food lovers. Yield: 12 half toastsShelf life: Best consumed immediately, stays fresh for 1 dayIngredients:1. Prawns, minced - 150 gms2. Onion, finely chopped - 13. Ginger, finely chopped - 1.5 inch piece4. Garlic, finely chopped - 8 to 10 cloves5. Red chilli flakes - 2 to 3 tsp (For less heat, deseed red chillies and crush them).6. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp7. Corn flour - 1 tbsp8. White of 1 egg9. Salt - to taste10. Bread slices - 6 slices cut into halves (12 triangle slices)11. Black or white sesame seeds - As required12. Butter - As required, to toast Cooking instructions:1. Mix ingredients 1 to 9 thoroughly in a bowl. Keep aside.2. Cut 6 bread slices into halves (triangles).3. Spread the prawn mix on one side of the bread and smooth over the edges. 4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the top, over the prawn mix.5. On a Tawa, toast prawn side first. Flip after the prawn side is cooked slightly, otherwise it will stick to the tawa. 6. Keep flipping and toast both sides until golden brown. 7.
