Dodi or Punjabi Kada Doodh –It’s a delicious Punjabi drink that has a simple recipe that is made with milk, dried khus-khus, dry fruits, Charmagaz & ghee. Both the seeds & dry fruits are soaked and blended together. Then the paste is boiled together with milk and cardamom.

It is also widely prepared & consumed by Indian Pehalwan who do kushti (wrestling) and is made on a stone grinder.

It is said it is best for growing kids & Elderly people due to its nutrient content.

Ingredients 
Khus Khus (soaked) - ¼ cup
Cashew nuts (soaked) - ¼ cup
Almonds (soaked) - ¼ cup
Melon seeds (soaked) - 2tbsp
Water or Milk - a dash 
Ghee - 3tbsp
Milk - ½ lt
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
Sugar - to taste
