Thalipeeth, a recipe haiiling from Maharashtra, is delisious as it is but the addition of potato in the recipe makes it harder to resist.POTATO THALIPEETHIngredients:3 medium potatoes, peeled1½ cups Kuttu flour1 tbsp ginger-green chilli paste2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves¼ cup roasted and crushed peanutsRock salt (senda namak) to tasteGhee for shallow-fryingMethod:1. Grate potatoes in a bowl, add kuttu atta, ginger-green chilli paste, chopped coriander, peanuts and sendha namak and mix well. Add sufficient water and knead till well combined and a dough is formed.2. Dampen your palms, take a portion of the mixture and place it on a non-stick tawa. Spread the portion into medium size disc, switch on the heat and make small holes on the surface. 3. Drizzle some ghee on the edges, in the centre and shallow-fry till evenly golden and crisp from both sides. 4.
