Ingredients for potato smiley:
500 gm Boiled Potatoes
¼ Cup Maida
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
½ TSP White Pepper Powder
Salt (As Needed)
½ TSP Red Chili Powder
Cooking Oil (As Needed)

Instructions for potato smiley:

First of all, add boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash these potatoes
Now add Salt, White Pepper Powder, Red Chili Powder, Maida, and Bread Crumbs. And mix these all ingredients
Now prepare some cutlets of this mixture and make their shape like smile with the help of spoon
Next, add some cooking oil in a pan, let it hot. After this add the smile shaped potato cutlets in this cooking oil. Let them deep fry
Fry it until they turn into golden brown
