Potato Samosa Rolls Recipe
Ingredients for Dough:
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Water as required

Ingredients for Potato Filling:
Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Green coriander 3 tbsp
Mint leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili flakes 1/2 tbsp

Directions for Dough Preparation:
In a bowl, add flour, cumin seeds, salt, oil and water. Knead a soft dough and let is rest for 15-20 minutes.
Directions for Potato Filling:
Boil water in a pot and add potatoes. When they are fully boiled, take off the flame and peel them off.
Add boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash them properly. Now add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, green coriander, red chili powder, mint leaves, turmeric powder, red chili flakes, cumin powder, green chilies, salt and mix well. Your potato filling is ready.
Directions for Assembling:
Now take the dough and cut it into 4 equal parts. Take one part and turn into ball shape. Roll the ball down into flat rectangle shape.
Spread the potato filling on one end and start rolling it giving it a roll shape.
Now deep fry the rolls on low medium flame until golden in color. Take them off the flame and serve.
Preparation time: 10-15 mins
Cooking time: 25-30 mins
Serving: 3-4
