* Chili Flakes: 1 tbsp
* Salt: 1 tsp
* Water: 1/2 cup(120 ml)
* Corn flour/All Purpose Flour / Rice Flour: 2 tbsp or as required
* Coriander Leaves: 3 tbsp
* 1 big & 1 small size Bowls / glass / cookie cutter
* Oil for frying
