Give this recipe a try and share your feedback with us.#PotatoSnacks #PotatoFinger #IftarRecipesPotato finger shotsIngredients for potato fingers:Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 1/2 kgChicken (boiled & shredded) 1 cupCarrots (shredded) 1 cupCapsicum (chopped) 1 cupCoriander fresh 3 tbspGreen onion (chopped) 3 tbspGreen chilies (chopped) 1 tbspSalt to tasteBlack pepper powder 1 tspRed chili flakes 1 tbspOregano 1 tbspWhite pepper powder 1/2 tspIngredients for red tamarind sauce:Tomato ketchup 1 cupTamarind pulp 1/2 cupGreen chilies (chopped) 1 tbspSugar 2 tbspMint leave 6-7Ingredients for coating:All-purpose flour as requiredEgg (beaten) as requiredKurkure crumbed (as required) Directions:In a bowl add potatoes, chicken, carrots, capsicum, black pepper, salt, chili flakes, green onion, coriander, white pepper, green chilies and oregano.Mix all these ingredients well and make finger shapes.Coat them in flour, then dip in egg and lastly coat in kurkure crumbs.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry your potato sticks until light golden brown.Directions for sauce:In a blender add tamarind pulp, tomato ketchup, sugar, green chilies and mint.Blend them well and your sauce is ready.Assembling:Take small glasses, pour sauce in them and add your prepared potato fingers.Your tasty potato fingers are ready to serve.Preparation time: 15-20 minutesCooking time: 25-30 minutesServing: 4-5
