Potato Cheese Balls


Ingredients for sauce:

Mayonnaise 1 cup
ketchup 1/2 cup
Thai chili sauce 2 tbsp
Mustard sauce 2 tbsp
Tabasco sauce 2 tbsp

Ingredients for potato mixture:

boiled & mashed potatoes 1 kg
green coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
Cheddar cheese (grated) 1 cup
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Red Chili flakes 1 tbsp
Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup

Ingredients for Assembling:
Potato mixture
Mozzarella cheese (small cube) as required
Bread crumbs as required
Beaten eggs as required
Oil (for deep frying) as required


Directions for Sauce Preparation:
1. In a bowl add mayo, ketchup, Thai chili sauce, mustard sauce, and Tobasco sauce. Mix it well and your sauce is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Potato Mixture Preparation:
2. In a bowl add, boil potatoes, green coriander, green chilies, cheddar cheese, white pepper, salt, chili flakes, and capsicum. Mix it well and your potato mixture is ready.
Directions for Potato Cheese balls:
3. Take potato mixture in hand and flatten it a bit. Add mozzarella cheese cube in the center and make ball shape.
4. Take potato balls and double-coat them with egg and bread crumbs.
5. In a pan heat oil, and deep fry the potato cheese balls until golden brown.
6. Your potato cheese balls are ready. Serve with sauce and enjoy.
