Potato Barfi | आलू बर्फी / Sweet recipe | Indian Mom's Kitchen

Boiled Potatoes along with desiccated or grated fresh Coconut is used to make Potato Barfi. Potatoes are available throughout the year and this barfi can be made very easily with just a few ingredients. Try making this barfi at home by following the instructions given in my video. It's another way to make children who are fussy eaters to eat potatoes. Given below are the ingredients of this Potato Barfi recipe.

Ingredients:
(In the order of instructions)
3 cups grated boiled Potatoes
1 cup Sugar
6 Cardamoms
4 tsp Ghee
1 cup desiccated Coconut (Fresh grated Coconut can also be used)
1/2 cup Milk powder
Chopped Almonds
