Pork Rice Ball Made with TAKOYAKI Grill Pan

INGREDIENTS
200g pork shoulder slices
150g steamed rice
Yakiniku sauce (Japanese BBQ sauce), as needed
Scallions (chopped), as needed

PREPARATION
1. Place pork slices over the Takoyaki grill.

2. Place a rice ball on each dent of the grill (1, over the pork). While cooking, roll
each rice ball with pork slices.

3. When (2) is cooked and browned, pour the Yakiniku sauce. Sprinkle the pork rice
ball with some scallions.

4. Enjoy!
