Pork Belly Rolls on Skewers
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
200g pork belly slices
Quail eggs, as needed
Cherry tomatoes, as needed
Scallions, as needed
Okura, as needed
Happen (fish cake), as needed
Cheese slices, as needed
Salt, as needed

2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sake
2 tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoon sugar

PREPARATION
1. Place toppings (quail eggs, scallions, Okura, tomatoes, hanpen, and cheese
slices) on each pork belly slice as you like. Roll them.

2. Skewer pork rolls (1) and season with salt.

3. Cook pork skewers on a pan. Cook both sides until golden. Mix and heat all of the
ingredients A in a pot, and pour over the skewers.

4. Enjoy!
