Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Whole Moong (Green)
- 1/3 cup Rice
- 1/3 cup Whole Wheat or Dalia (lapsi)
- 1.5 tbsp Chutney Dal
- 1.5 tbsp Slivered Khopra
- 1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
- 1 cup Jaggery
- Water
- Salt to Taste
- 1 tsp Dried Ginger Powder
- ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
- Rice Flour for dusting
- Ghee for Coating

Method:
1. In a kadhai, dry roast moong, wheat and rice separately until fragrant and pale brown. Keep aside to cool.
2. Once cooled, grind to a fine powder. Keep aside.
3. In the same kadhai, dry roast chutney dal, sesame seeds and khopra till fragrant. Remove onto a bowl.
4. In the same kadhai, combine jaggery, pinch of salt and water. Cook to one string consistency.
5. In a deep plate, thali or flat pan, combine the powder, roasted ingredients, dry ginger powder and cardamom. Mix well.
6. Add warm jaggery syrup and mix well.
7. Shape into laddoos and coat with rice flour.
8.You may use ghee on your palms while shaping the laddoos.
9. Store in an air tight container.
10. Ready to Eat.
