phool makhana is called lotus seeds we can make only a dry preperation with this so lotus seeds ,potatos were cooked in dry masalas we can have it directly as a snack or can serve as side dish with rice.

Ingredients:
Baby potato 500 g
Phool makhana 250 g
Mustard seeds 1 ts
Cumin seeds 1ts
Fennel seeds ½ ts
Oil 2 tb
Hing
Onions 2 N
Salt
Sugar pinch
Turmeric
Green chilly 3 n
Red chilly flakes 1ts
Coriander powder 1ts
Garam masala 1ts
Amchoor powder pinch
Roasted chanadal powder 2ts
Chopped coriander 1 b
Directions:
Boiled and peel the baby potatoes

Heat oil in a pan add phool makhana and fries them and keeps it aside,
In the same pan add some more oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, add pinch of hing, add onions, salt, sugar, turmeric, green chilly, red chilly flakes, coriander powder, amchoor powder, and mix it all, and add baby potatoes, and toss the mixture and add phool makhana and garam masala, roasted chanadal powder and toss them, and sprinkle the coriander leaves, switch off the flame and serve it.
