POPOVERS RECIPE

POPOVERS RECIPE

In this episode, I'd like to share with you a very easy 'Popovers Recipe'. It is basically, crepe batter baked in muffin pans (or popover pans.) They are the most incredibly airy and crispy puffs and all the puffing action comes from the eggs in the batter. So delicious for breakfast.

Put them in a cold oven and then turn it to 230 C, (450 F.)
Bake for about 25 minutes, until well-browned.
(Never open the oven door)
I made 10 Popovers from this recipe.
They are perfect for Nutella, or whatever your heart desires :)
Loosen Popovers from pans by running a knife around the edge if needed...
Then immediately transfer to a serving plate and serve.
