Ingredients:
Aloo Masala Poori
Boiled Potato/ Boiled Aloo - 2 (medium sized)
Wheat Flour / Gehun ka atta - 1 cup
Semolina / Suji / rava - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli/ hari Mirch - 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger / adrak - 1 inch
Coriander leaves - 1tbsp
salt - 1 tsp
Red chilli Powder -1 /2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds/ Jeera- 1 tsp
Carom Seeds / Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp + to fry the poori
Water/ pani - to make dough

Palak poori
Spinach/ Palak - 250 gm
Water / pani - to boil the palak
Green chilli - 3
Ginger / Adrak - 2 inch
Garlic / Lehsun - 4-5
Onion / Pyaaz - 1 small size
Coriander leaves/ Dhania Patta - 1 tbsp
Coriander Seeds / sabut Dhania - 2 tbsp
Fennel seeds/ saunf - 1 tsp
Wheat Flour/ gehun ka Atta - 2 cup
Semolina / Suji / rava - 2 tbsp
Salt / namak - 1tsp
Red chilli powder/Lal mirch- 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds / Jeera- 1 tsp
Asafoetida / Heeng - 1 pinch
Carom seeds / ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp + to fry the poori
water / pani- to make dough

Plain Atta Poori
Wheat Flour / Gehun ka Atta - 1cup
Semolina /Suji / Rava - 1 tbsp
Salt / namak - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp + to fry the puri
Water / Paani - to make dough
