Poo cooks Vegetable Stir Fry with Tim Shieff | Jamie Oliver

Hi Food Tubers! Our favourite Thai chef is back and this time Poo is showing vegan free runner Tim Shieff her colourful and simple vegetable stir fry recipe. Beautifully fresh ingredients tossed in sesame oil and soy sauce and served on a bed of fluffy white rice. So simple and so delicious!

UPDATE: Since filming with us the Cooking With Poo kitchen suffered a devastating fire. Thankfully no one was hurt but the entire cooking school building, Poo's home, her parents' home, and several neighbours' homes have been completely destroyed.

Money is being raised to rehouse Poo, her family and neighbours and to reopen the school which runs to give those living in the slums a good future.
