Ponkh Cheela Winter comes with its plethora of seasonal fruits and veggies and it is our solemn oath to turn them into some of the most delicious (and easy-to-make) recipes, just like this ponkh cheela Ingredients:1 cup ponkh1/2 cup besan4 tbsp rice flour1/4 tsp asafoetida1 tsp chilli powder1/4 tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste2 tbsp chopped corianderWater as requiredOil (for frying)Method:1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.2. Add water and mix very well.3. Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and grease it lightly with tsp of oil.4. Pour a ladleful of the batter on it and spread it in a circular motion.5. Smear tsp of oil over it and along the edges and cook on a high flame till the cheela turns brown in colour.6. Flip over and cook on the other side as well.7.
