Ponkh Cheela Recipe How To Make A Healty Ponkh Chilla India Food Network #shorts

Ponkh Cheela Winter comes with its plethora of seasonal fruits and veggies and it is our solemn oath to turn them into some of the most delicious (and easy-to-make) recipes, just like this ponkh cheela

Ingredients:
1 cup ponkh
1/2 cup besan
4 tbsp rice flour
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp chopped coriander
Water as required
Oil (for frying)

Method:
1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
2. Add water and mix very well.
3. Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and grease it lightly with tsp of oil.
4. Pour a ladleful of the batter on it and spread it in a circular motion.
5. Smear tsp of oil over it and along the edges and cook on a high flame till the cheela turns brown in colour.
6. Flip over and cook on the other side as well.
7. Serve immediately with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
