Recipe : 1 Semiya Payasam
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Ghee
1 Tbsp Cashew Nuts
1 Tbsp Almond
1 Tbsp Raisins
1 Cup Vermicelli
750 ml Milk
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Condensed Milk
1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder

Recipe : 2 Sooji Pongal
Ingredients
1/4 cup Moong Dal, roasted
2-1/2 cups Water
1/2 cup Sooji
2 tablespoon Ghee
2 teaspoon Pepper Corn
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
8 Cashew Nuts
2 teaspoon Ginger, chopped
1 Green Chilli, slit
1 sprig Curry Leaves
Salt, to taste

3 Tbsp Moong Dal
1/2 Cup Raw Rice
1 Clove
1 Cardamom
1/2 Cup Jaggery
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Cashew Nuts
1 Tbsp Rasins

Ingredients:
1.5 Cups rice flour or 240 grams
cup chopped jaggery or 120 grams jaggery
1.5 cups water
3 medium bananas or 250 grams bananas
cup chopped coconut - optional
2 teaspoons ghee for frying coconut
2 teaspoons white sesame seeds
teaspoon cardamom powder
teaspoon ginger powder
teaspoon cumin powder
teaspoon baking soda
to 1 teaspoon ghee in each mold
