Poha is made from paddy and is a very popular product throughout the country ... Poha has an important place in Indian diet and is used extensively in rural ...Poha is one of the most important part of our breakfasts.

Ingredients
2 tbsp channa dal
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 springs curry leaves
6 number green chillis
1 pinch hing
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp oil
1 number onion
2 tbsp peanuts
1 cup Poha
2 piece red chilli dry
as needed salt
pinch turmuric
1 tsp urad dal


Directions
● Soak Poha in water for 3 min and strain the water and keep a side.

● Take a pan add oil, murstard seeds,cumin,red chilli, channa dal,urad dal,peanuts,curry leaves,hing,mix then add turmuric,salt,mix well cook till onions are cooked.

● Then add soaked poha,mix well cook for 5min then add coriander leaves chopped closed it with lemon juice.

Poha upma is one of the most simple and delicious breakfast made of flattened rice. Poha is also known as pohe or atukula is mildly spiced and tempered with curry leaves, groundnuts etc.
