Hii everyone
Ingredients:
Flattened rice- 2 glass
peanut /moongfali/shingdana (optional)
nariyal/ coconut pieces (optional)
chopped onion -- slices/ chopped
green chilli -- 2 medium chopped
lemon juice - 2tsp
aamchur/ mango dry powder -- 1 tsp
curry leaves 3-4
turmeric powder-- 2 tsp
mustard seeds motti -- 1 tsp
salt to taste
potato pieces -- 2 medium chopped
green capsicum/ shimlamirch -- 1 small capsicum chopped
tomato chopped(optional) as choice for garnish
red chilli powder -- 1/2 tsp
dhaniya powder / coriender powder-- 1/2 tsp
cooking oil-- 3- 4 tsp
chopped coriander leaves
aloo bhujiya (optional)
onion slices for garnish
lemon slice for garnish
