Pinwheel Samosa Recipe | Potato Pinwheels WITHOUT Frying | Aloo Bakarwadi | Holi Snack | Healthy Kadai

We have made healthy samosa pinwheels using Whole wheat flour and by baking these in airfryer. Do try out this healthy tea time snack recipe for Holi.

INGREDIENTS
Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Rava/ Semolina/ Sooji - 1 tbsp
Carom seeds / Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp, Oil - 2 tbsps
Water - 1/4 cup as needed for dough
Boiled Mashed Potatoes - 3 pcs
Green Peas - 1/2 cup
Salt, Red Chili powder, Turmeric Powder - As per taste
Chopped ginger Garlic- 1/2 tsp
Choped Green Chili - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Dry Mango Powder - 1/2 tsp each
Rice Flour - 2 tbsp, Water 1/3 cup
