Ingredients for dough:
Flour 1 cup
Semolina 2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water for kneading
Ingredients for stuffing:
Potatoes (boiled) 1 cup
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Green chilies 1 tsp
Ingredients for batter:
Flour 2 tbsp
Water 1/4 cup
Directions:
1. In a bowl add flour, semolina, sugar, oil, salt and mix it well. Gradually add water and knead a smooth dough. Grease the dough, then cover with wet cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
2. Take another bowl add potatoes and mash them.
3. Now add turmeric, red chili powder, chili flakes, chaat masala, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt and green chilies. Mix everything well and your filling is ready. Set aside.
4. Roll out the prepared dough into a sheet and spread prepared filling on top evenly.
5. Roll it out into a tube shape tightly and cut about half inch slices and flatten them a little.
6. In a bowl whisk together flour and water to make a fine batter.
7. Dip prepared samosa roll in flour batter properly and deep fry immediately.
8. Keep heat medium low and fry until your fry until golden brown in color.
9. Serve delicious pinwheel samosa with chutney or ketchup and enjoy your tea time.

Cooking time: 8-10 minutes
