In a bowl add flour, semolina, sugar, oil, salt and mix it well. Gradually add water and knead a smooth dough. Grease the dough, then cover with wet cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.2. Take another bowl add potatoes and mash them.3. Now add turmeric, red chili powder, chili flakes, chaat masala, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt and green chilies. Mix everything well and your filling is ready. Set aside.4. Roll out the prepared dough into a sheet and spread prepared filling on top evenly.5.
