Pineapple Sheera or Pineapple Halwa or Pineapple Kesari is nice simple and loved by everyone a dish which is created during the Month of Shravan and Ganesh Chaturthi.

In the series of Ganesh Chaturthi Recipes for year 2020. Please follow this easy recipe of Pineapple Sheera / Pineapple Halwa / Pineapple Kesari

Recipe:

Ingredients:-
2 cups Boiling Water
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup. Ghee
1 cup Pineapple
1 Cup Pineapple Puree
1 Cup. Sugar
1 cup Semolina
1 tsp. Cardamom Powder
1 cup Dryfruits, chopped
Saffron strands soaked in milk for 15-20 minutes

Method:-
- In a Pot let add Milk, Water and Kesar and let it boil
- in a separate pan Heat ghee in a wok and saute Dry Fruits
. Add Semolina and roast it lightly for 3-4 mins
- Add Pineapple Puree and let it cook for 1-2 mins
- Add Milk/Water to the Semolina
- Add Pineapple Cube
- Add Sugar
- Add Cardamom Powder
- Turn the flame to low and cook covered with a lid for 5 minutes.

Pineapple Sheera is ready to eat!
