This Pineapple cake recipe is even more simple than that I have thought. It's a super tasty pineapple cake recipe. I have used real pineapple in this pineapple cake recipe.

Pineapple upside down cake
Ingredients:
1cup or 130 grams All purpose flour
200 grams condense milk
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
2 tbsp powdered sugar
50 grams of melted butter
2 tbsp oil
1/2 -1 tsp pineapple essence
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 cup +2 tbsp water
4-5 slices canned pineapple
Tinned or dry cherries as required
For caramel:
5 tbsp sugar
