3/4 cups tomato chunks
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons sugar

Pineapple Chicken
1 pound chicken breast (boneless & skinless)
2 cups pineapple chunks
3/4 cup sweet peppers
3/4 cup brown onion
4 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons ginger
2 spring onions
1 tablespoon cooking wine
2 tablespoons cooking oil
*add cooking sauce from above (see video)
