Hi guys! In honor of the 2018 Super Bowl winners, lets make a Philly Cheese Steak Recipe for the Philadelphia Eagles! This Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich is something I learned to make a long ways back, when I was working as a cook at UCR. Im using La Brea Bakery Torta Rolls on this sandwich, along with my signature Southwest Sauce, which you can find at this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mdvy6k8LD4EPS: Click the bell to be notified when I post new videos!Here are the ingredients youll need for 4-6 Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches:Bread, such as torta rolls, hoagie rolls or French bread2- 16oz ribeye steaks, sliced paper thin Stir Fry:One large red onion, sliced in rings very thinOne green bell pepper, sliced in rings very thin 1/2 tsp garlic/shallot pure8 oz. crimini mushrooms, slicedClarified butter as neededOlive oil as neededSalt and pepper as neededToppings:Sliced American and Provolone cheeseSouthwest Sauce: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mdvy6k8LD4E or mayonnaise/condiments of your choiceSaute onions, peppers, garlic and mushrooms with olive and seasonings of your choice until soft.Grill sliced steak until browned. Add sliced cheese and cover with foil or a pot lid until melted.Butter your bread and grill.Top browned bread with grilled veggies, cooked steak/melted cheese, and top with your choice of condiments.Enjoy!
