Crispy deep fried French fries with a sprinkling of spicy peri peri masala. PERI PERI FRENCH FRIES Ingredients3 cups French fries, frozen Oil for deep-fryingPeri peri mix1 teaspoon red chilli powder1 teaspoon cayenne pepper1 teaspoon red chilli flakes1 tablespoon crushed stock cubes1 teaspoon garlic powderΒΌ teaspoon chaat masala Salt to tasteMethod1. Grind together chilli powder, cayenne pepper, chilli flakes, crushed stock cubes, garlic powder, chaat masala and salt till well mixed. Use as required or store in an airtight container. 2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry French fries till crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.3. Sprinkle sufficient amount of peri peri mix on the fries and toss.4. Serve immediately.
