Perfect Paratha - Cheese Paneer Chilli Paratha With Hot and Sweet Tomato Chutney
INGREDIENTS:
Oil - As required
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Fenugreek seeds - ½ tsp
Ginger - 1 piece
Dates - 500gms
Tomatoes - 2 nos.
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Jaggery - 2 tsp
Capsicum - 1 no.
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Oregano - ¼ tsp
Cheese (grated) - 1 cup
Paneer (grated) - 1 cup
All-purpose flour - 1 cup
Salt - As per taste
Water - As required
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, ginger,dates, tomatoes saute it and add the chilli powder, jaggery cook till they for soft.
Take capsicum in a bowl,add pepper powder, oregano, grated cheese, paneer mix it well and make into a dough.
Take all-purpose flour in a bowl,add salt, oil, water mix it well and make into a dough, rest it for 15 minutes.
Then make into small dumplings and stuffing the panner mixture seal it as shown as video.
Heat a tawa, cook the parathas by applying butter on both sides till they turn golden brown in colour.
Delicious Cheese Paneer Chili Paratha ready to serve sweet tomato chutney.
