A South African classic made into a milkshake Makes 10INGREDIENTS2 sachets (20g each) NESTL Hot Chocolate Peppermint Crisp Flavoured Drink4 tsp NESTL Caramel Treat Dairy Dessert3 cups low-fat milk Serving suggestion:Whipped cream1 bag (40g) Mini coconut biscuits 2 blocks (15g) NESTL Peppermint Crisp BarExtras: Small straws METHOD1. Whisk together the NESTL Hot Chocolate Peppermint Crisp Flavoured Drink, the NESTL Caramel Treat Dairy Dessert and 2 cups of milk until lump-free and well combined. 2. Divide the mixture between ice trays and freeze until set firmly. *Chefs Tip: These flavoured ice cubes can be kept in the freezer for up to a month! 3. To prepare the milkshakes, add the flavoured ice cubes to a blender along with one cup of milk. Blend on a low-medium speed until the ice is just crushed. 4. Divide the milkshake mixture between small glasses. 5. Top each glass with whipped cream and a mini coconut biscuit. Crumble the NESTL Peppermint Crisp Bar over each as a garnish.
