Sauté garlic and onion for 2-3 mins with a pinch of salt.Step 2 Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the sliced potato-onion.Step 3 Add seasoning, ketchup, tomato puree and black pepper and simmer for 3-4 minutes.Step 4 Add cooked pasta to this, toss to combine well.Step 5 Switch off flame and grate cheese into the pasta so that it melts over the hot pasta.(Optional) Add 5-6 leaves of spinach, finely chopped while sautéing onions(Optional) Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup balances the slightly sour notes of the tomato puree in the sauce.
