Penne Pasta, cooked in salted water for 7-8 minutes3 tbsp. Olive Oil3 cloves garlic, chopped500 gms. Blanched, deseeded and skinned tomatoes, pureed2 Assorted bell peppers sliced1 tsp. Red chilli flakes & black pepper1 tsp. Smoked paprika6 leaves fresh basil, chopped, plus more for garnish50 gms. Parmesan freshly grated100 gms.
