Onion Tomato peanut Chutney is easy delicious chutney for idli, dosa or South Indian tiffin/snacks items.

Ingredients:
Oil 2 tb
Red chilly 3 n
Peanuts 2 tb
Garlic 4 n
Green chilly 3 n
Curry leaves 2 spr
Onion (medium size) 1 n
Tomato (medium size) 2 n
Salt
Tamarind juice ¼ cup
Mustard seeds ¼ ts
Cumin seeds ¼ ts
Urad daal ¼ ts


Directions:
Heat oil in a pan add red chilly, peanuts, garlic, cook this peanuts are slightly colour add green chilly, curry leaves, chopped onions, cook this onions are brown in colour, add tomatoes, salt, tamarind juice, put the lid on cook it for 3 minutes, switch off the flame and let it cool down put into the blender make a coarse paste.
Tempering with oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Urad daal and curry leaves.

Serve this with idly, dosa.
