Cake batter topped with sliced peaches baked and served with vanilla ice cream PEACH COBBLERIngredients1 large can of peach1 cup refined flour (maida)½ tsp salt2 tsps baking powder100 gms butter1 cup castor sugar150 ml milk1 egg1 tsp cinnamon powder¼ cup sugarVanilla icecream, as requiredMethod1. Preheat oven to 180° C.2. Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl.3. Melt butter in microwave oven.4. Add castor sugar to the bowl and mix. Add melted butter and mix. Add milk and egg and mix till smooth. 5. Thickly slice peaches.6. Pour the batter into a non-stick cake tin. Keep the peach slices over the batter. Sprinkle cinnamon powder and sugar over them.7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.8. Spoon into bowls and serve hot with vanilla icecream.
