Ingredients:
- 2 ripe Nendran Bananas
- Water as required
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- 2 tbsp Whole Halved Cashews
- 2 tbsp Chopped Coconut
- 1 cup Jaggery
- 2 cups Thin Coconut Milk
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Ginger Powder
- 1 cup Thick Coconut Milk

Method:
1. In a deep pan, combine nendran bananas, water and bring it to a boil.
2. Cover and cook on a medium flame till the bananas turn soft.
3. Meanwhile, combine jaggery and water in another utensil. Bring it to boil till jaggery dissolves. Keep aside.
4. Once the bananas are soft, mash well (you can blend in mixer too).
5. Add few tbsps of ghee in it and sauté on a low flame.
6. Add dissolved jaggery using strainer and cook on a medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes till thick.
7. Add thin coconut milk and cook on a low flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
8. Once thickened, add the spice powders and mix well.
9. Simmer for a minute. Add thick coconut milk and simmer on a low flame for 30 seconds.
10. In another pan, combine remaining ghee with cashews and coconut .
11. Fry till golden brown in colour.
12. Add it to the prepared Pradhaman.
13. Ready to Serve.
