Pasta with Garlic and Eggs aka Pepe-Tama
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
100g spaghetti
30g olive oil
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1 pinch chili pepper (sliced)
10g butter
2 teaspoons noodle soup base (mentsuyu)
1 egg
Black pepper, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Bring a pot of water with salt to a boil. (water:salt=1L:10g)

2. Cook the spaghetti in the pot (1) according to the package instruction.

3.Cook chopped garlic with olive oil in a pan on low heat until fragrant. Add the chili pepper to the pan.

4. Add 100ml of the past water (2) into the pan (3).

5. Add the spaghetti into the pan (4). Simmer on medium heat until reduced by a third. Turn off the heat. Add the butter and stir well.

6. Add the noodle soup base and the beaten egg into the pan (5). Stir with a rubber spatula. Put the spaghetti onto a plate. Add some black pepper on top.

7. Enjoy!
