Pasta Paneer Tikka Masala Chef Harpal Singh

For marinating
Oil 1tbsp
Garam flour 1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Red Chilli powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder tsp
Coriander powder tsp
Carom seeds tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard oil 2 tbsp
Curd 2 tbsp
Lemon juice tbsp
Onion cubes 1 no
Capsicum cubes 1 no
Tomato cubes 1 no
Paneer 250 gm

For masala
Oil 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Onion chopped 2 no
Tomato chopped 3 no medium
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder tsp
Kasuri methi tsp
Ginger julienne 1 inch
Green Chilli slit 4 no
Water 2 cups
Cream cups
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp

Marrination Method
Keep the pan on the stove add 1 tbsp oil in it then add gram flour then saute it
Then take bowl and add gramflour in it then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste ,1tpsn red chilly powder ,1/4 turmeric powder,1/2 tspn coriander powder,1/2 tspn garam masala, carom seeds add salt ,2 tbspn mustard oil,2tbsp curd and lemon
Add onion,capsicum,tomato cubes,paneer to the marrination and mix it keep it aside for 10 min
Masala method
Start OTG first to preheat for 25 min on fan mode
Heat add oil and butter in it
Add jeera ,chopeed garlic,chopped onion,fry till it get brown
Now take tray from the OTG grease it with oil keep all marinated paneer and vegetables and keep it for 15 to 18 min in OTG
Now saute the onion after it get brown then add tomato ,salt and saute till tomato cooks
Then add 1 tspn red chilly powder ,2 tspn coriander powder,1/4 turmeric,1/4 kasuri methi and add ginger juliennes and saute it for 3 to 4 min add 2. 1/2cup water in it and keep it for simmer for 2 to 4 min
Now add creame in it and cook it
Now add pasta in it keep it for cooking then add coriander leaves
Now add paneer tikka in the gravy .

Garlic bread

ingredient
Bread slice 6-7
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tsp
Garlic 2 tbsp
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Mix herbs 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tbsp

method
Cut edges of regular bread and into cubes
Heat the pan add butter and oil in it
Add 2 tbsp garlic and add bread in it saute till it get brown
Add mix herbs, chilly fakes and coriander in it
Now take plate and take out in it
Now take tiffin and pour the paneer tikka pasta in it and garlic bread in another tiffin in it
