This recipe video will take away your phobia of making handmade pasta at home, that too, with limited ingredients. Italian families have been making handmade pastas since ages from freshly homemade dough. There is no doubt that this homemade pastas are much more superior compared to the packet pastas you get in the market.

After a lot of research and hard work, I finally taught myself and came up with this easy recipe of making fresh pasta at home. This method has never disappointed me and I am now confident about making the perfect pasta whenever i make it. I am using just the basic ingredients easily available to make the pasta so that it is easier to make it at home. Do try this recipe and get rid of all the fears you had earlier of making pasta at home.
Ingredients:
Flour (all-purpose flour)
Eggs
Salt
Butter
Olive oil
Garlic Chives
Cream
Cheese
Parmesan cheese
Recipe:
Dough Making
1 cup of all-purpose flour, break 3 eggs in one bowl and separate yolk and add 1 full egg.
Make a big well like structure with the flour and add this eggs mixture in it and add salt to taste.
Start kneading this mixture by incorporating little flour in the egg’s mixture.
Knead the dough for 7-10 Minutes by pushing and pulling it back and keep it aside for 30 Minutes.
Pasta Making
Use the 1/4th part of the dough and start working on it to flatten it and make it thin till it is transparent.
Cut it into strips and fold it using your fingers, to make pappardelle pasta.
Add this pasta into salted boiling water and reserve some pasta water.
Heat up your pan with some butter and add olive oil, add garlic chives into it, add some cream, cheese and mix it well by adding reserved pasta water.
Add pasta to it & stir it well and top it with parmesan cheese.
