Simple and quick Parwal fry with very less ingredients.
Parwal or pointed gourd is seasonal vegetable popular more in North India than South, it looks similar to Tindora but slightly bigger than Tindora.
Ingredients:
Parwal(Pointed gourd)-250 gm(peeled, washed and edges removed)
Cooking oil-4 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/3 tsp
Salt to taste or 1/2 tsp
