Ingredient:
• Pawal/ Patal – 250Grm
• Oil – 2 TBSP
• Turmeric / Haldi 1 TSP
• Green chilli
• salt
• chopped ginger ( 1 TSP)
• chopped tomato ( 1 Pic)
• chopped coriander
• Cumin powder (1 TSP)

How to Cook?
• In a Pan heat 2 TBSP oil
• Add whole red chilli -2
• Add Black Cumin seeds – 1 TSP
• Add Pawal/ Patal – 250Grm
• Saute parwal for 5-7 mints
• Add Turmeric / Haldi 1 TSP
• Add Green chilli
• Add salt
• Add chopped ginger ( 1 TSP)
• Add chopped tomato ( 1 Pic)
• Add chopped coriander
• Add Cumin powder (1 TSP)
• Cover the lid for 10 mints ( Low flame)
• Open the lid and keep stirring for 2 mints
• Serve with Roti/Rice #scrollrecipe
